Irrigation Information

THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM HAS BEEN TURNED ON FOR THE 2026 SEASON.

The irrigation system is a convenience to all homeowners and covers both common areas and private lawns. It helps maintain the beauty of our neighborhood and takes the worry of setting up sprinklers from us all. The irrigation system is owned by the HG HOA and is paid for through your monthly HOA fee. Homeowners are not charged for this water usage.

THE IRRIGATION SCHEDULE (THE SYSTEM RUNS BETWEEN 6:00 AND 7:00 am for about 10 minutes per zone.)

Issues with the irrigation system are being addressed as quickly as possible.

Seasonal shut-off usually occurs around the first part of November. It may be later if there is no rain forecast for extended periods. It may be sooner if the season is stormier.

Please keep in mind a few HOA policies:
Never tamper with the irrigation control boxes. This sets off a chain reaction for everyone on a particular box.

Please do not replace sprinkler heads.
Please do not hire private contractors to expand or contract current irrigation lines.

CONCERN FORMS
If you are experiencing problems with your sprinkler system, sprinkler heads, leaks, etc. please fill out a CONCERN FORM and turn it in to the HG Business Office.

BEFORE YOU DIG, CALL 811 or go to SC811.GOV to schedule utility markings for your lawn or beds.
